Sara is a choreographer and performer who started her training in Sweden followed by London where she graduated with a BA from the Laban Centre in 2005. She's been working as a freelance performer for artists and companies such as Trigger Point Dance Company, A2 Company, Lundahl & Seitl Co-Laboratory, Abalino Dance Theatre, Frauke Requardt and Athina Vahla.

As part of 'You Are Now Here Collective', in co-direction with Swedish artist Emma Lindgren, Sara was part of "Only To Do Nothing" 2006, "She Moves, I Follow" 2007, and residence at Dansbyrån, Gothenburg in summer 2008 with "The Invitation", a research project on audience interaction.

In spring 2009 Sara choreographed and premiered the work Kära Kropp! a site specific performance for Norrtälje Konsthall
in Sweden, and was invited back in summer 2009 to choreograph and lead a performance project for teenage girls resulting in the work "Impuls" a promenade performance. In April 2009 Sara was invited to participate in MOTE 09, an artist exchange project in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Sara is a founder member of MIKS.
